Quality is not a feature we add to our products — it is the foundation upon which every product is built. At Revo Engineering Company, each pair of glasses is manufactured to exacting standards, and our warranty programme exists as a direct expression of the confidence we have in that process. This document sets out what is covered, what is not, and how we handle any concerns that arise.
1. Scope of Coverage
The following warranty protections apply to all eyewear purchased directly through after7.in:
Lens Coating Warranty
- Coverage period: 6 months from the date of purchase
- Covers deterioration or failure of the lens coating that compromises optical performance or surface durability
- Surface scratches resulting from day-to-day use or improper cleaning are not included within this coverage
Frame Structural Warranty
- Coverage period: 12 months from the date of purchase
- Covers defects of manufacturing origin, including structural fractures to the front frame
- Temple arms and hinge assemblies are excluded from this warranty — their condition is predominantly determined by how the product is handled and worn, which falls outside the definition of a manufacturing defect
2. Exclusions
The warranty does not extend to damage or deterioration arising from the following:
- Improper use, mishandling, or disregard for product care instructions
- Physical impact, including damage sustained from being dropped or knocked
- Natural wear that accumulates over the course of regular, extended use
- Contact with aggressive substances, including solvents, chemical cleaners, or corrosive materials

3. Submitting a Warranty Claim

To ensure a smooth and prompt process, please have the following on hand when you reach out:
- Your Order ID
- The phone number associated with your purchase
Once your claim is received, our team will take ownership of the process and keep you informed at each stage.
4. Resolution Framework
Claims that are verified and approved will be resolved as follows:
- Frame defects are addressed through a direct like-for-like frame replacement
- A frame-only defect does not qualify for replacement of the complete glasses unit, including lenses
- In the event that the original frame model is no longer in stock, we will identify and provide a comparable alternative of equivalent specification and value, at no additional charge to you
5. Processing Timeframe
Once a claim has been verified and approved, fulfilment is completed within 7 to 11 working days. Where unforeseen operational circumstances require additional time, a grace period of up to 3 working days may apply. In such cases, we will proactively communicate the delay to you — you will never be left without an update.
6. Replacement Packaging
As standard, replacement items are dispatched without accompanying cases or boxes. Should you require these, please make the request prior to your replacement being shipped. We are pleased to include them as a complimentary addition to your replacement parcel.
