After7 Custom Lens Fit allows you to upgrade your existing frames with precision-crafted lenses tailored to your needs, including prescription and blue light protection options. Simply send us your frames, and we’ll handle the rest.

2. Can I use any frame for lens replacement?

Most frames are compatible with our lens fitting service. However, heavily damaged or very delicate frames may not be suitable. Our team will inspect your frames upon arrival and inform you if there are any concerns.

3. What types of lenses do you offer?

We offer prescription lenses, blue light protection lenses, anti-glare lenses, and other customization options based on your requirements.

4. How do I send my frames to After7?

Once you place your order, we’ll share detailed instructions for safely packaging and shipping your frames to us.

Payment Information

1. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major debit/credit cards, UPI, net banking, and other secure online payment options available at checkout.

2. Is my payment information secure?

Yes, all transactions are processed through secure payment gateways to ensure your data is protected.

3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Currently, our custom lens fitting service requires prepaid orders as lenses are specially crafted for each customer.

4. Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, a detailed invoice will be sent to your registered email after successful payment.

Order & Returns

1. How long does the lens fitting process take?

Typically, the entire process (including fitting and shipping back to you) takes 5–7 business days after we receive your frames.

2. Can I modify my order after placing it?

Order modifications are possible before lens production begins. Please contact our support team immediately for assistance.

3. Do you accept returns?

Since lenses are custom-made as per your prescription, returns are generally not accepted unless there is a manufacturing defect.

4. What if my lenses have an issue?

If you experience any manufacturing defect or fitting issue, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will review and resolve it promptly.

Select your lens type, upload or share your prescription details, complete payment, and send us your frames as per the instructions provided.

2. Do I need to provide a prescription?

Yes, for prescription lenses, a valid and recent prescription is required. For non-prescription options like blue light lenses, no prescription is needed.

3. Will my frames be safe during the process?

Absolutely. We handle every frame with care and use professional tools to ensure precise and secure lens fitting.

4. How will I know when my order is ready?

You will receive email and/or SMS updates at each stage — from receiving your frames to dispatching the finished product back to you.
