5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an AWB (Air Waybill) tracking number via WhatsApp or email. This number can be used to monitor your shipment in real time through the respective carrier's platform. For additional tracking support, you are welcome to contact us directly via WhatsApp.

6. Delivery Address Policy

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to redirect or amend the delivery destination.

7. Packaging Standards

Every order is packaged using durable, protective materials suited to the specific dimensions and sensitivity of eyewear. Our packing process is designed to withstand the demands of transit and deliver your product in the same condition it left our facility.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described:

• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
• Submit clear photographs or video evidence of the issue and original packaging
• If visual documentation cannot be provided, notify us via WhatsApp or email within the same window and we will assess your case individually

International Orders — Additional Notes
