Damage Protection Policy

Damage Protection Policy

Revo Engineering Company — after7.in

Every order that leaves our facility is packed with care and attention. We take considerable steps to ensure your eyewear reaches you in perfect condition. That said, we acknowledge that transit-related issues can occasionally arise despite our best efforts. This policy sets out how we handle such situations and what you can expect from us when they do.

1. Letting Us Know About a Problem

We ask that you examine your order as soon as it arrives. If anything appears damaged, defective, or inconsistent with what you ordered, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery. Early notification allows our team to act quickly and resolve the matter without unnecessary delay.

You can get in touch through any of the following:

  • WhatsApp: +91 98205 57750
  • Phone: +91 98205 57750
  • Email: revoengg@gmail.com

The sooner you reach out, the faster we can help.

2. Documenting the Damage

To assess your claim accurately and fairly, we ask that you provide:

  • Clear photographs and video footage of the damaged item and its original packaging
  • Ensure the evidence is well-lit and captures the extent of the issue from multiple angles

Unable to provide visual documentation? If circumstances prevent you from submitting photo or video evidence, contact us through any of the channels above within the 24-hour window. Our team will assess your situation individually and work toward a fair outcome.

3. How We Review and Resolve Claims

Once your report and supporting documentation have been received, our team will evaluate the claim within 2 to 3 working days.

Depending on the nature and extent of the damage, we will proceed with one of the following:

  • Replacement: A new unit will be dispatched to you at no additional charge
  • Alternative Resolution: Where a direct replacement is not possible, we will explore other options such as store credit or a refund, based on the specifics of your case

Our goal throughout this process is a resolution that is swift, transparent, and fair.

4. Returning the Damaged Item

In some instances, we may need the damaged product returned to us for quality assessment or compliance review. Should this be required:

  • We will arrange and cover the cost of return shipping by providing a prepaid shipping label
  • Please repack the item carefully to prevent any further deterioration during transit

We will always communicate clearly if a return is necessary before expecting any action from you.

5. How We Pack Your Order

We use robust, purpose-selected packaging materials on every order to minimise the risk of transit damage. Despite this, we recommend inspecting the outer packaging at the point of delivery. If a parcel appears to have been severely tampered with or shows obvious external damage before you open it, you are within your rights to refuse acceptance and notify us immediately.

6. What This Policy Does Not Cover

While we stand firmly behind our products, the following fall outside the scope of this policy:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, careless handling, or negligence on the part of the customer
  • Products sourced from unauthorised third-party sellers or retailers with no affiliation to Revo Engineering Company

This policy applies exclusively to orders placed directly through after7.in or our official sales channels. If you purchased through us, you are fully covered.

Our Commitment to You

At Revo Engineering Company, every pair of glasses we sell is a reflection of our commitment to quality. We design and deliver eyewear that is built to perform and built to last. This policy exists because we believe that buying from us should always feel like a secure and confident decision — and that any hiccup along the way should be resolved with professionalism and without friction.

For anything not addressed here, or if you simply want to speak with someone, our customer support team is always available.
