At Revo Engineering Company, we hold ourselves to a high standard — not just in the products we deliver, but in the experience we create around them. This policy outlines the framework governing returns and replacements on orders placed through after7.in. Completing a purchase constitutes your acceptance of the terms described below.
1. Return and Exchange Eligibility
Eligibility is determined by the nature of the product ordered:
- Zero Power Glasses: A return or exchange may be requested within 7 days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests submitted beyond this window will not be entertained.
- Prescription Glasses: Given the bespoke nature of prescription eyewear — manufactured specifically to your optical requirements — returns and exchanges are not available under any circumstances, without exception.
2. How to Raise a Request
All return or exchange requests must be submitted within the eligible timeframe through one of the following channels:

Please have your order details ready when you get in touch. Our team will acknowledge your request and outline the next steps clearly.
3. Shipment and Processing Timeline
- Self-shipment is required. We do not currently offer doorstep pickup services. Customers are responsible for arranging delivery of the return item to our warehouse.
- Once the returned product is received, our team will inspect and verify it before initiating the exchange or refund process.
- Verification and exchange initiation: 7 to 9 working days from receipt
- Refund processing (where applicable): Up to an additional 5 working days post-verification
- Return shipping reimbursement: We will compensate up to ₹100 for domestic and Asia-based returns, and an equivalent amount for international customers in North America and other global regions, toward courier charges incurred.
4. Condition and Packaging Requirements
Returns that do not meet the following criteria will not be accepted:
- The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging — including the box, case, and all accompanying materials
- The eyewear itself must be in unused condition, free from scratches, frame distortion, cracks, or any signs of wear
- Items that appear to have been used or show handling damage will be ineligible for processing
We recommend photographing your package before dispatch as a precautionary measure.
5. Transit Damage Claims
If your order arrives in a damaged state, time is of the essence. Please:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Submit clear photographic or video evidence of the damage, including the product and its outer packaging
Claims raised beyond the 24-hour window or without supporting documentation may not be eligible for processing. If exceptional circumstances prevent you from providing evidence, contact us immediately and we will assess your case on an individual basis.
6. Refunds
- Refunds, where applicable, apply exclusively to zero power glasses and are processed within 5 working days following successful product verification
- We do not issue partial refunds under any circumstances
- Refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase

Should delivery not occur within the extended buffer period, you are entitled to request a full refund. Please contact us if this situation arises and we will act promptly.
8. Exchange Entitlement
Each order qualifies for a single exchange only. Once an exchange has been processed for a given order, no further exchange requests for the same item will be considered, regardless of the circumstances.
9. Orders with Multiple Items
Where an order contains more than one product and only a subset requires return or exchange:
- The relevant item must be self-shipped to our warehouse
- Return courier costs will be reimbursed up to ₹100, in line with our standard reimbursement terms outlined above
Jurisdiction
All disputes arising in connection with this policy shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Thane, Maharashtra, India.
